Caputo Cheese Pumpkin Butter Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:

- Two slices of your favorite bread
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin butter
- Several slices of your favorite cheese (our suggestion: shredded cheddar and mozzarella for extra melty goodness)
Instructions:
- Put pumpkin butter on one side of each of your pieces of bread.
- Put cheese in the middle and place one slice of bread on top.
- Place sandwich on pan on the stovetop and flip as each side gets crispy and the cheese begins to melt.
Caputo Cheese Butternut Squash Bells with Burratini and Pesto

Ingredients:
- 1 butternut squash bottom
- 2 pieces of Burratini
- 4oz basil pesto
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Pre-heat your oven to 425F.
- Scoop out the seeds and stringy bits from the squash.
- Drizzle squash with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place cut side down on a parchment-lined cookie tray and put in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the squash is fork-tender.
- While squash is roasting, pull the Burratini out of the fridge to temper.
- Remove squash from baking sheet, and place on serving plate or bowl.
- Place Burratini in the squash cup, cut open, and drizzle with pesto.
Caputo Cheese Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
- 6.5 cups milk
- 1 pound dry pasta shells
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Fontina
- 1 cup Caputo 3-cheese blend Asiago, Parmesan, Romano - divided in half.
- 1 cup Caputo breadcrumbs
Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring the milk to a boil.
- Add the pasta and stir constantly until the pasta is just short of al dente, about 8 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, then add the cheeses, one handful at a time stirring until melted. Reserve 1/2 cup of the three-cheese blend.
- Pour sauced noodles into a casserole dish. Mix the remaining three-cheese blend with the breadcrumbs, and scatter evenly over the noodles.
- Put under the broiler until the breadcrumbs are toasted.
