The homes that have an American Flag flying in Highland Park, that are not resided in by military or ex-military residents are also near non existent. What message does that send, what do the young people of Highland Park learn from this experience? A Highland Park Teenager who reportedly was "Huffing" some drugs, killed a little child and is free on Bond, soon to be free entirely after the high cost Attorney Appeals the case. That is how it works in Highland Park, thats the Highland Park way. What message does that send to the children of Highland Park, what has anyone learned from this experience?
