Toby Looking for a New Home

Toby is a healthy, loving 7-year-old purebred German Shepherd dog whose family moved to Chicago from California last fall.

The couple’s child has developed severe allergies, and they are looking for a new home for Toby.

Here is some information about Toby.

• His DOB is Dec. 31, 2003, and his coat colors are black, silver, white and tan.
• He has a clean bill of health/current on all shots.
• He’s a California native and has only been in Chicago since October. He's adjusted pretty well to his environment, considering this harsh winter.
• He needs a loving, caring, & energetic family that loves dogs.
• Toby would do well in a large yard where he can run around and be free. By nature he’s an outdoor dog – but will do well indoors – he just needs a lot of exercise and play time.
• He's super sweet, lovable, has a wonderful personality; he's protective, lots of fun and extremely playful!
• He loves to take walks (usually two times a day), loves to play fetch and have his tummy rubbed.
• He's been very well trained and understands all basic commands. He's also potty trained and fixed, so no puppy making for him.
