Watchdog Group Created To Follow Lake Forest School Districts
Lake Forest Schools Watch created in wake of controversial principal hiring.

Residents of Lake Forest have created what they call an independent watchdog organization following both Lake Forest School District 115 and District 67 in wake of the recent controversial hiring of Chala Holland as principal at Lake Forest High School and the new teachers contract approved earlier this month.
Lake Forest Schools Watch is coordinated by parent Jennifer Neubauer and has more than 25 local supporters, according to the Daily North Shore.
“Lake Forest Schools Watch (LFSW) was formed to ensure that administrative and school board decisions on curriculum, personnel, fiscal, and other issues are fully informed, completely transparent, ethical and solely in the best interests of Lake Forest students in helping them obtain a world-class education,” according to the group’s mission statement.
