Work Comp Coach, Franchise Systems Manager & Customer Service Representative Join the Team

Gurnee, IL (November 04, 2013) – West’s Insurance Agency, one of Illinois’ fastest-growing independent, full-service agencies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Louise Seliger as Work Comp Coach & Manager, Kristin Scholtens as Franchise Systems Manager, and Jenny Caldwell as Customer Service Representative and Receptionist.  All three appointments are part of the Agency’s ongoing effort to further expand its national risk management Franchise Division, secure their commitment to outstanding workers compensation programs and guarantee superior customer service and 24/7 accessibility.

Louise will be taking the lead in managing the Agency’s new Worker’s Compensation Division.  Louise provides extensive expertise, including Experience Modification Factor optimization and helping clients navigate the treacherous waters of unique claim situations.  She specializes in aggressively adjusting Worker's Compensation claims for fast closure and the most favorable outcomes.  Before joining West's, Louise spent 23 years in the Multi-Line Claims arena managing teams of multi-state examiners specializing in Worker's Compensation and Disability.  She also holds a Claims Examiner Adjusting License.

Kristin brings more than 12 years industry experience to the Agency and will be working primarily with commercial accounts.  Kristin will be part of a service team dedicated to thoroughly understanding the franchise clients’ needs.  She will help develop, scalable and cost-effective risk management solutions for each franchisee as they evolve.  She graduated from Olivet with a BA in both Psychology and English and has received her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. 

A Lake County-native, Jenny brings an account manager background and customer service expertise to the Agency.  She is currently attending the Columbia College of Missouri in Gurnee, IL to receive her BA in Business Administration.  Her addition will further enhance the Agency’s commitment to 24/7 accessibility and accountability.
