Women's Board of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital to Host Annual Holiday Boutique

As the holidays draw near, so does Lake Forest’s charitable shopping event of the season. The Women’s Board of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital will host its annual Holiday Boutique from November 15 through November 18 at the Lake Forest Recreation Center. Guests can mingle and shop from a curated selection of top retail vendors in one convenient location. Proceeds from the holiday boutique will directly impact the Board’s fundraising goals, maximizing its contribution to the construction of the new Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital scheduled to open in March 2018.

The Boutique will include approximately 40 vendors (of which over 18 are new this year) from across the country featuring a variety of one-of-a-kind pieces. Participating boutiques have been hand-selected and include items ranging from children’s clothing, toys and festive home accents, to men’s and women’s clothing, jewelry and accessories.

Housed in the Lake Forest Recreation Center at 400 Hastings Road, the Holiday Boutique will be open to the public over the course of four days beginning at the annual Mistletoe and Holly party on Wednesday, November 15 from 6-9:00 pm. Other days to shop include:

• Thursday, November 16 (10 am to 6 pm)
• Friday, November 17 (10 am to 3 pm)
• Saturday, November 18 (10 am to 3 pm)

Boutique admission is $10 per person, $5 for seniors or students and complimentary for Lake Forest or Lake Bluff school teachers and city employees.

In addition, the Women’s Board of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital is hosting its festive Mistletoe and Holly Holiday Boutique Preview Party on Wednesday, November 15 from 6 pm to 9 pm. The party will feature a drawing of assorted items as well as specialty food and drink. The event combines holiday goods and goodwill, celebrating the season by giving back to Lake Forest Hospital. Tickets for Mistletoe and Holly are $50 in advance and $60 at the door and include unlimited admission to the Holiday Boutique.
