Wool Gatherers

Warm Up America! is a 501C3 charitable
organization made up of volunteers from across the country who knit and crochet
afghans for those in need.  Help us make
afghans for the Mother’s Trust Foundation to donate to children in Lake County.
The sections can be made during Wool Gatherers or at home. You can drop off
your homemade sections in the Mother’s Trust Foundation basket anytime the
library is open. Look for it by the old entrance!

Join the group to sew the squares
together. Whether you can donate an hour or all day, please come! Squares may
be knitted or crocheted at home and dropped off at the library anytime the
library is open.

Materials needed for a 7” x 9” section:

Medium-weight/worsted ACRYLIC
yarn. (Check your stash!)

·        
4 mm/G-6 crochet hook OR
4.5mm/7 knitting needles
