YMCA YogaFest Inspires Mind/Body Wellness
January 11 event welcomed the community to explore the benefits of yoga through an assortment of workshops.
The North Suburban YMCA hosted its annual YogaFest on January 11, along with a Health Expo presented by an association of local health-related businesses. Guests could sample a variety of yoga workshops taught by the Y’s team of highly qualified instructors.
