Yvonne McCloskey, 71, Lake Forest

Yvonne Marie McCloskey, 71, of Hoffman Estates passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at Thrive of Fox Valley, with her son and daughter by her side. She was born November 19, 1950 in Lake Forest, Illinois. Yvonne spent her childhood in Lake Forest and her adult life as a resident of Hoffman Estates, where she raised her family.

Yvonne was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her friends and family will dearly miss her positive outlook on life, her strength and courage through difficult times, her laugh and sense of humor, and her ability to always show love.

Yvonne is survived by her two children, Brian (Amy) McCloskey and Kelly (Jerry) Schwartz, her four grandchildren, Ryan Schwartz, Emily Schwartz, Madeleine McCloskey, Asher McCloskey, her two brothers, Gerald Tichelbaut and Kenneth Tichelbaut, her one sister Phyllis Olsen, and her many nieces and nephews.

Yvonne was preceded in death by her father Maurice Henri Tichelbaut and her mother Magdalene Bertha Tichelbaut.
