ALIVE Rescue is hosting its 5th Annual Ride Alive, a two-person team scavenger hunt on bicycles! This event is sure to be the rescue event of the year! Last year teams conquered dirt bike trails, solved puzzles, and traversed their way through the Chicago River in kayaks.

Teams will begin the race at Canine Crews, located at 1616 N. Washtenaw Ave., and cross the finish line at Mahoney’s Pub, located at 550 N. Ogden Ave., navigating fun tasks and interactive puzzles along the way. There will be a celebration for all event participants after the race, with food (vegan & vegetarian, of course!) and drink, raffle prizes, and prizes for the teams that come in the first, second and third positions as well as those who raise the most funds through Firstgiving.

This year there two registration options:

Raising for the Ride: Discounted registration at $25.00/person ($50.00 per team) with a $100.00 minimum fundraising goal. Help raise more funds for the homeless animals of Chicago by selecting this registration type! Remember, there are some great prizes up for grabs to the top fundraising teams!

Along for the Ride: Registration is $50.00/person ($100.00 per team) with no minimum fundraising required.
All participants who register before August 5th will receive a Ride Alive t-shirt and gift bag filled with great items. This event kicks off at 10 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.
