Ed, the owner of Bountiful Eatery, will appear on the Hetv broadcast at the women fitness club Flirty Girl this Sunday April 21st. He will discuss the health benefits of smoothies, and preparation of Bountiful Eatery's very popular 'Green Power' smoothie for the club's studio audience.
Bountiful's focus is to offer nutritionally rich foods, like kale, spinach, beets, bison and quinoa. Kale can be found in the salads, soups and even the smoothies at Bountiful and is as one of the key ingredients in our Green Power Smoothie.
