Chicagoland Apartment Association's 2015 CAMME Awards Celebrate Excellence in Chicagoland Apartment Industry

The 2015 Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Awards celebrated more than 70 winners at its 22nd annual gala.

The 2015 Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Awards celebrated more than 70 winners at its 22nd annual gala on November 5, at Chicago’s Navy Pier. More than 1,000 industry professionals attend the Chicagoland Apartment Association’s prestigious CAMME awards each year to honor excellence across every facet of Chicagoland’s apartment industry.

“In Chicagoland’s thriving rental market, it’s important to honor the apartment professionals who go above and beyond and have a lasting impact on the industry,” said Michael Mini, executive vice president of the CAA. “We encounter thousands of people who tirelessly serve residents in the apartment community, and we are thrilled to have an evening where those efforts can be recognized and rewarded.”

The CAA represents more than 6,000 apartment professionals who own and/or manage more than 900 properties and 170,000 apartment units throughout the Chicagoland area. This year, more than 350 entries were submitted. Winners were selected based on their ability to meet or exceed a set standard of criteria, including financial and performance goal achievement, overall exterior condition, curb appeal and maintenance of the property, landscaping, condition and design, marketing, community outreach programs and resident satisfaction.
