Found this morning a cat near Belmont/Southport area in my backyard. See picture - Black cat, wearing blue w/ circle design collar with a red leash attached. Very friendly w/ a loud meow, has claws. Email me (dlgpug@yahoo.com) if yours and send picture to show he/she is yours.
