Great Lakes Brewing Beer Dinner for Earth Day at Standad Market Grill

Market Grill will partner with Cleveland’s Great Lakes Brewing for a 4-course dinner to celebrate
Earth Day. Along with reusing spent brewery grain to fuel for their delivery trucks, Great Lakes
Brewing has a number of initiatives in place to conserve energy, recycle and
reuse through their Triple Bottom Line program.

To complement the beer, Standard Market Executive Chef Brian Wright
has prepared a menu featuring ingredients from local and sustainability-minded
purveyors, including:

·  Tiger Shrimp Lollipop, La Quercia “Speck”
Applewood Smoked Prosciutto, Malted Fondue; Paired with Tripel Dog Dare
