June
June is a one-year-old Terrier mix who can’t wait to charm you with her looks. Volunteers at PAWS Chicago describe her as one of the most unique looking dogs they have seen and that her looks are really part of June’s charm. She is a playful girl who loves to be active and would make an excellent exercise partner this summer! June will never turn down a good belly rub and does well with other dogs. She can be a little bit shy sometimes and is fearful of small children, so she would do best in a home with children 10 and older. An active home with people who have had dogs before would be a perfect match for June!

Gisselle is a three-year-old female cat looking for a second chance. She is a big fan of being petted, kneading blankets, and climbing cat trees. She makes a cute cooing noise to let you know she is happy, especially when she is with her people. Gisselle is a very loving cat, but she is not necessarily a lap cat. This precious girl would love to be the center of attention in her new home as she is not fond of some other cats, but would most likely be okay with another friendly feline who will respect her space.
