Mindful Movement: An Exploration of Dance/Movement Therapy

Join us on Tuesday, June 28 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. to learn more about dance and movement therapy for older adults.

Presented by Erica Hornthal, MA, LCPC, BC-DMT, Chicago Dance Therapy, North Shore Dance Therapy, Inc.

Are you looking for a way to connect mind and body for overall health and wellbeing? This workshop explores the basic fundamentals of dance/movement therapy and its potential in addressing emotional, cognitive, physical and other wellness-based needs among older adults.
