Mixed Use Development Breaks Ground Across From Wrigley Field

CHICAGO, IL - A mixed-use project across the street from Wrigley Field broke ground this week.

Addison & Clark will feature 148 luxury apartments, 150,000 square feet of retail commercial space and 405 parking spots, 44th Ward Ald. Tom Tunney announced on Thursday.

"This project represents a huge investment in Lakeview and will continue the transformation of the Wrigley area as one of the top destinations to live, work and play," said Tunney, who referred to the project as a "true transit oriented development."
