Santa Arrives For Park At Wrigley's Tree Lighting Ceremony
The jolly old man will make his first appearance at Chicago's favorite Cubs hangout spot Tuesday.

CHICAGO, IL — The Park at Wrigley is hosting a Tree Lighting Ceremony Tuesday at 6 p.m. as part of its "Winterland in the Park" festivities. Santa also arrives Tuesday in the park's workshop. The ceremony will feature a 28-foot-high Spruce tree from Kaneville Tree Farms, decked out with 2,700 bulbs.
Cubs Charities and Hickory Street Capital will be hosting a toy drive during the ceremony. The "Winterland in the Park" event runs until Feb. 25, and features a skating rink, Christkindlemarket, Wreath making and Santa's workshop.

Santa's Workshop: calling all good boys and girls, and the young at heart–stop by Santa’s Workshop at the Park to share your holiday wishes. Guests have the option to save the memory by purchasing a professional photo. Santa arrives Tuesday, Nov. 28 and will depart from the workshop Sunday, Dec. 24.
The Rink at the Park: at the center of Winterland at the Park, The Rink welcomes all skill levels. Guests can skate on the 8,000 sq. ft. ice rink, which is illuminated by festive twinkle lights and outlined with striking glass dasher boards. The Rink at the Park will operate until Feb. 25, weather permitting.

Christkindlmarket: The Park at Wrigley is hosting the popular outdoor market’s third location through Dec. 31. Christkindlmarket at the Park features signature mugs, Glühwein, apple cider, hot chocolate, baked cheeses, pastries and more. Guests also can find holiday gifts such as hand-crafted jewelry, knit sweaters, soaps and other traditional European goods.
Wreath Making at the Park: Learn how to make beautiful wreaths with Christy Webber Farm and Garden. The Budweiser Brickhouse Tavern is hosting classes on select Sunday afternoons in December, where holiday enthusiasts can learn how to make wreaths with the season’s best foliage. Guests will have the opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind piece of home decor or a holiday gift for someone special.
