Unity Hospice Adds Lake View Resident to Its Marketing Team

Company expands marketing team to align organization for future growth

CHICAGO – Unity Hospice of Chicagoland recently appointed Scott Leavitt of Lake View, Ill., to join its invaluable marketing team. Community Relations Manager Shana Klein made the announcement.

Leavitt came to Unity Hospice with marketing sales from Stericycle of Northbrook, Ill., in which he marketed a medical waste service that abided by HIPAA and OSHA compliance. Leavitt’s practice and understanding of these laws will serve as a great advantage in his new capacity. As the community relations representative with Unity Hospice, Leavitt will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, implementing sales plans and accomplishing business goals set forth by the marketing development team.

Leavitt received his bachelor’s degree from Lincoln University – Normal, Ill. He is very active with the Ronald McDonald House Charity and spends his free time volunteering at Paws Chicago, the city’s largest No Kill Humane Organization.
