Wrigley Field Sexual Assault: Police Release Photo Of Suspect

Police say victim was followed into portable toilet and sexually assaulted by male offender during July 29 event.

CHICAGO, IL — Chicago Police Department officials say Area North Detectives are looking to identify a man they believe sexually assaulted a young woman Sunday night during an event at Wrigley Field. According to reports from Chicago Police Department officials, the 23-year-old female entered a portable toilet and was followed by a white male described by police as being in his early 30s or 40s, 6'0,' and between 200 and 220 pounds.

Police reported the offender then sexually assaulted the victim and fled in an unknown direction.

Patch reported Monday that the victim was attending a Foo Fighters concert. Police say the victim was taken to a local hospital, however Area North Detectives are investigating as there is no defender in custody.
