• Idled since April, the Reserves of Lake Zurich residential development project to reboot (chicagotribune.com) — A long-delayed Lake Zurich housing project, the Reserves of Lake Zurich, is restarting after the village lifted a stop-work order tied to unpaid fees and erosion issues. Updated agreements now require stricter wetland, stormwater, and construction timelines, plus water main work along Old South Rand Road that will affect future paving and nearby residents.
