Three juveniles were issued Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession or Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor following an incident at Warner Avenue and Weimer Avenue. They will appear in the local court.

Driving on Suspended License

Sonja V. Hill, 47, of 817 State Street in Lemont, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Unsafe Backing on Roadway following a traffic stop at Stephen Street and River Road. Ms. Hill was issued a March 11 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

TUESDAY, FEB. 23

DUI, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident

Victor F. Wrobel, 68, of 16622 W. 127th Street in Lemont, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident following an accident in the 1200 block of State Street. Mr. Wrobel was issued an April 20 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

MONDAY, FEB. 22

Speeding More than 35+ Over

Kevin D. James, 21, of 5635 Plymouth Street in Downers Grove, was arrested for Speeding More Than 35+ Over, Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol following a traffic stop at Lemont Road and Old Lemont Road. Mr. James was issued a March 11 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

SUNDAY, FEB. 21

Possession of a Controlled Substance

Betty J. Ulmer, 55, of 1019 Ridgewood Avenue in Joliet, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance following a traffic stop in the 12200 block of Archer Avenue. Ms. Ulmer was issued a March 15 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Larry J. Lanier, 50, of 315 Mills Road in Joliet, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Cannabis Over 30 grams, Obstruction of Identification, Driving While License Revoked, Improper Lane Usage, Improper Use of Registration and No Insurance following a traffic stop in the 12200 block of Archer Avenue. Mr. Lanier will appear in the Cook County Courthouse for a Bond Hearing.

Speeding 26–34 MPH Over

Arnulfo M. Chavez, 44, of 100 Cedarwood Court in Bolingbrook, was arrested for Speeding 26-34 Over following a traffic stop in the 17400 block of 127th Street. Mr. Chavez was issued a March 8 court date at the Will County Courthouse.

Driving on Suspended License

Cole J. Robinson, 20, of 507 E. Bauer Road in Naperville, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Speeding 25 Over following a traffic stop at 127th Street and Smith Road. Mr. Robinson was issued a March 18 court date at the Will County Courthouse.

DUI

Jose G. Fonseca-Sanchez, 36, of 1233 Claire Avenue in Romeoville, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, No Valid Drivers License, Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Speeding following a traffic stop in the 17400 block of 127th Street. Mr. Fonseca-Sanchez was issued a March 18 court date at the Will County Courthouse

SATURDAY, FEB. 20

No Valid Drivers License

Ryne C. Sahs, 18, of 1025 Crestview Drive in Lemont, was arrested for No Valid Drivers License and Disobeying Traffic Control Device following a traffic stop at State Street and Illinois Street. Mr. Sahs was issued a March 11 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Victor Herrera, 19, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop at State Street and Illinois Street. Mr. Herrera will appear in the Local Court.

Underage Consumption

13 Juveniles were issued Local Ordinance Citations for Underage Consumption in the 800 Block of Porter Street. They will appear in the local court.
