Missing Teen Found Safe After Escaping Treatment Center: Cops
A Pennsylvania 17-year-old who was dropped off at a residential treatment facility in Lemont has been found.
LEMONT, IL — A 17-year-old from Pennsylvania was found safe Sunday after she escaped from a Lemont treatment facility. Police said Meghan Dougherty was found in Bridgeview, and she was in good health.
Lemont Police worked with Dougherty's family and the Bridgeview Police Department to find the teenager.
Dougherty had been missing since Jan. 24, when she escaped from a treatment facility in Lemont. She was dropped off at about 2 p.m. Jan. 24, and was missing two hours later.
