2023 Football Schedule Released For Lemont High School

LEMONT, IL — With the approach of the start of the school year, high school football season will also soon begin. A nine-game regular season will run through the end of October before the postseason culminates with state championship games scheduled for the weekend of Nov. 24-25 at Illinois State University, according to IHSA.

Lemont High School will play its first game on Aug. 25.

Schools in Lemont's conference this year include Thornton Fractional North, Thornton Fractional South, Hillcrest, Bremen, Oak Forest and Tinley Park. Here's a look at Lemont's 2023-24 regular season, per IHSA:

• Aug. 25, 7:30 p.m., at Libertyville
• Sept. 1, 7 p.m. Geneva at home
• Sept. 8, 7 p.m., Thornton Fractional South at home
• Sept. 15, 7 p.m., at Tinley Park
• Sept. 22, 7 p.m., at Oak Forest
• Sept. 29, 7 p.m., Hillcrest at home
• Oct. 6, 7 p.m., Bremen at home
• Oct. 13, 6:30 p.m., at Richards
• Oct. 19, 6:30 p.m., at Thornton Fractional North

Lemont is coached by William Hayes, and went 12-1 last season.
