4 Candidates For Lemont Library Trustee Race

LEMONT, IL — Four candidates have filed to run for four positions up for election on the Lemont Library Board of Trustees in the April 4 consolidated election.

The four positions are for 4-year terms. Library trustees are volunteers, and an unpaid position, according to the library website.

The four candidates are:

• Vytenis Kirvelaitis
• Catherine D. Sanders
• Melanie Grzesik-Duffy
• Laura Mahar Burt Nicholas

Kirvelaitis and Sanders are both incumbents, and already serve on the library board. Kirvelaitis is Board President, and Sanders serves as secretary.
