Accumulating Snow Possible, Below-Zero Wind Chill In Illinois
The beginning of the week will be dry before there is a chance of accumulating snow Wednesday.
ILLINOIS — After snow and winter weather advisories Sunday, the beginning of the work week will be dry before the chance of snow returns. According to the National Weather Service, Monday and Tuesday will both be dry, with highs of 35 and 36 degrees, respectively.
The weather service said a period of accumulating snow is possible Wednesday and Wednesday night, and could be followed by cold wind chills Thursday night into Friday. Thursday night could get down to -3 degrees.
Friday is expected to be mostly sunny, with a high of 22 degrees.
