Aggravated Assault, Hit And Run: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

July 28

• Alfonso Perry, 56, of the 1000 block of 119th Street, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. and charged with two counts of aggravated assault and public indecency following an incident in the 1000 block of 119th Street. Perry appeared at the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.

July 30

• Jose Damian-Damian, 45, of Wilmington, was arrested at 6:44 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked following a traffic stop at Lockport Street and New Avenue. Damian-Damian was issued a Sept. 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Aug. 1

• Devin Minor, 23, of Alsip, was arrested at 3:47 p.m. and charged with speeding 26-34 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Illinois Street. Minor was issued a Sept. 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Aug. 2

• Jeffery Payne, 43, of Gary, Indiana, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. and charged with hit and run following an incident in the 12600 block of Briarcliffe Drive. Payne was issued a Sept. 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Joshua Slomski, 29, of Burbank, was arrested at 6:55 a.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and improper traffic lane use following a traffic stop in the 13200 block of Main Street. Slomski was issued a Sept. 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
