Driving on Suspended License

Joe W. Melchor, 39, of 4048 W. 21st Place in Chicago, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop at Main Street and Lockport Street. Mr. Melchor was issued a March 11 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Justin W. Fox, 21 years of age, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Stephen Street and Ceco Road. Mr. Fox will appear in the local court.

DUI, Failure to Give Information after Crash

Robert J. Komendant, 52, of 1289 Durham Lane in Lemont, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Failure to Give Information after a Crash and Improper Lane Usage following an accident in the 300 Block of Wexford Drive. Mr. Komendant was issued a March 15 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Aggravated Battery, Domestic Battery

Michael F. Knight, 38, of 152 E. Peiffer Avenue in Lemont, was arrested for Aggravated Battery, Domestic Battery and Unlawful Interference with Reporting a Domestic Battery following an incident in the 100 block of Peiffer Avenue. Mr. Knight appeared at the Bridgeview Courthouse for a Bond Hearing.
