Damaged Window

Some time between 7:50 a.m. and 4:53 p.m., an unknown offender damaged a window on a vehicle in the 800 block of Porter Street. Anyone with information please contact the Lemont Police Department.

DUI

Brian Pena, 22, of the 4300 block of S. Francisco Avenue, in Chicago, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to yield turning left and no insurance following an accident at Archer Avenue and Ravine Drive. He was issued a November 17 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

THURSDAY, OCT. 16

Speeding, No Valid License

Jose Moreno-Hernandez, 52, of the 2500 block of S. Pulaski Avenue, in Chicago, was arrested for no valid drivers license and speeding following a traffic stop in the 10900 block of Lemont Road. He will appear in the Dupage County Court House.

Driving on Suspended License, Unsafe Tire

Jose Torres-Amador, 40, of the 400 block of Francis Street, in Joliet, was arrested for driving while license suspended and unsafe tire following a traffic stop at New Avenue and 127th Street. He was issued a November 19 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

No Valid License, Disobeyed Stop Sign

Carolyn L. Kamradt, 49, of the 1200 block of Camelot Lane, in Lemont, was arrested for no valid drivers license and disobeyed stop sign following a traffic stop at Camelot Lane and Drawbridge Lane. She was issued a November 17 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driving on Suspended License

Kristin S. Sherwin, 29, 63 W. Fountainhead Drive, in Westmont, was arrested for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Bell Road. She was issued a November 19 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driving on Suspended License, No Proof of Insurance

Anthony C. Jackson, 27, of the 1800 block of S. State Street, in Lockport, was arrested for driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and improper lane usage following a traffic stop at 127th and State streets. He was issued a November 17 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Aggravated DUI

Roberto Martinez, 41, of the 100 block of Creek Side in Bolingbrook, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, 2 counts of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, obstruction of justice, illegal transport of alcohol, operation of uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended or revoked, no valid drivers license and unsafe equipment following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of State Street. He was issued a November 3 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driving on Revoked License

Jason M. Swan, 36, of the 600 block of Williamson Avenue, in Joliet, was arrested for driving while license revoked following a traffic stop in the 14700 block of Main Street. He was issued a November 17 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
