LEMONT, IL — The 2026 USA Club Ruby XVs National Championships is headed to Lemont on May 15-17, a news release from USA Club shares.
The national championships are presented by The Pickle Juice Company and will be streamed on the USA Club Rugby YouTube Channel. Next Level Rugby will be broadcasting all of the action.
The host team for this year's national championships is the Chicago Blaze Rugby Club. The Chicago Blaze was founded in 1981, and has a facility at 13011 W. Smith Road in Lemont. The facility includes four full grass pitches, a dedicated clubhouse and full-service bar.
The National Championships includes five divisions (Women’s D1 & D2, Men’s D1, D2, D3) and 20 teams in total. Fifteen 80-minute rugby matches will be played over three days, according to USA Club.
" The USA Club Rugby National Championship is the pinnacle of the senior club rugby season, bringing together the nation’s top teams after months of intense competition," a news release shares. For many teams, the journey to Nationals started in August 205 with respective Union Championships.
Semifinals will take place on Friday (Division I) and Saturday (Division II & III), leading up to the National Championship Finals on Sunday (All Divisions), where the best clubs in the country will compete for the ultimate title, USA Club said.
Tickets can be purchased in advance HERE, or at the gate. Parking at the venue is limited. Fee is $10 based on availability. Electronic payment is preferred, card and Venmo accepted. There is a parking shuttle location at Citgo Refinery Parking Lot: Green, JWRX+29, Lockport.
