LEMONT, IL — Everest Academy is pleased to announce the newly elected Student Council Executive Board for the 2026–2027 school year. The election provided students with an opportunity to practice leadership, responsibility, and civic participation while choosing classmates to represent the student body.
Congratulations to the 2026–2027 Student Council Executive Board:
President: Lillian Beemer, Grade 8
Vice President: London Tadros, Grade 8
Secretary: Logan Foster, Grade 6
Treasurer: Olivia Gore, Grade 7
These student leaders will work together throughout the school year to represent their classmates, support school activities, and help foster a strong sense of community at Everest Academy.
"Student Council gives our students an opportunity to put leadership into action," said Mary Tellefsen, Executive Director of Everest Academy. "We are proud of all of the students who participated in the election process and especially excited to see how our new Executive Board will serve their classmates and school community throughout the year."
The Student Council will play an active role in school life throughout the 2026–2027 school year, helping organize student activities and events and encouraging students to live out the values of leadership, service, responsibility, and school spirit.
Everest Academy congratulates Lillian, London, Logan, and Olivia and looks forward to a successful year of student leadership.
