LEMONT, IL — State Representative Nicole La Ha is inviting families to celebrate the season by entering her Halloween Costume Contest.
The winning entry will be featured on La Ha's social media pages, website, and Halloween newsletter, a news release from her office shares.
"Halloween gives families a chance to have fun and get creative together, and I'm excited to see what our neighbors come up with," said Rep. La Ha. "We welcome homemade costumes, coordinated family outfits, and even pets dressed for the occasion. This is a fun opportunity to celebrate the creativity in our community."
You can submit a photo of your family-friendly costume to RepNicoleLaHa@gmail.com by Nov. 2. Submissions should include the entrant's name, community, and a brief description of the costume.
Entries have to be sent by an adult who lives in the 82nd District. Parents and guardians may enter on behalf of their children, a news release shares.
