Artists Needed For Upcoming Show In Lemont

LEMONT, IL — Artists are needed for an upcoming exhibition in Lemont. The Art & Culture Commission is hosting an art exhibition that will focus on 2D and 3D works created from previously used materials.

According to a release, the exhibition, "RE," will run from July 21 to Sept. 17. The commission said this show places a value on the artistic transformation of salvaged items.

The show is open to all artists 16 and up in the Chicago metropolitan area. The commission said all work must be original and comply with copyright laws.
