Assault, Drug Possession: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Nov. 30

• Two juveniles were issued local ordinance citations at 9:55 p.m. for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor following an incident in the 1100 block of State Street. The juveniles will appear in local court.

Dec. 3

• Dario Sandoval, 46, of Justice, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. and charged with no valid driver's license (never issued) and improper lane use following a traffic stop in the 12200 block of Archer Avenue. Sandoval was issued a Jan. 15 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• A juvenile was issued a local ordinance citation for assault at 11:24 a.m. following an incident at State Street and Archer Avenue. The juvenile will appear in local court.

Dec. 6

• Scott O'Brien, 33, of Palos Hills, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. and charged with two counts of possession of controlled substance and improper use of registration following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. O’Brien was transported to Cook County Jail for a bond hearing.
