Assault, DUIs: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

June 20

• Peter Black, 30, of the 400 block of McCarthy Road, was charged with DUI-alcohol, improper lane use, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operation of a vehicle with no insurance at 3:20 a.m. following an incident in the 11000 block of Lemont Road. Black was issued an Aug. 6 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Daniel Zubik, 32, of the 0-100 block of Eureka Drive, was charged with three counts of assault at 10:41 p.m. following an incident in the 0-100 block of Eureka. Zubik was issued an Aug. 10 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

June 23

• Four juveniles were issued local ordinance citations for underage possession/consumption of alcohol at 11:08 p.m. following an incident in the 14800 block of Ashford Drive. The juveniles will appear in local court.
