Back To School: Lemont 2021-22 School Calendar

LEMONT, IL Back-to-school planning has already begun in Lemont, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in Lemont-Bromberek CSD 113A and for Lemont High School District 210.

The first day of school for most students for K-8 students in Lemont is scheduled for Aug. 18 while students at Lemont High School will report on Aug. 16.

While school districts across Illinois vary on mask requirements for the upcoming school year, District 113A Superintendent Anthony McConnell said that district officials have not yet released their plans for COVID-19 mitigations for the start of the school year, including a decision on masks.

"We ran a summer learning program where we recommended masks based on the CDC guidance at that time," McConnell said. "Obviously, the situation is fluid and we are evaluating all updated information in our planning for the start of school on August 18."
