Badminton Camps Offered By Lemont Park District

LEMONT, IL — Lemont Park District will offer two badminton camps this summer. Lemont High School will be offering girls' badminton next school year in the spring, so this is a great time to learn some skills at badminton camp.

According to a release from the park district, the two badminton camps will be taught by Midwest Badminton Club to help prepare individuals with proper skills needed for badminton and to help promote LHS' newest sport.

The first camp will begin June 12 and run through June 16, from 1 to 4 p.m. The second camp will run from July 24 to July 28, from 1 to 4 p.m. The park district said both camps will take place at the CORE Fitness and Aquatics Complex.

According to a release. these camps are for individuals ages 13-18 or Grades 7-12.
