LEMONT, IL — A man is on the loose after a bank robbery at the TCF Bank inside the Jewel in Lemont, according to police. The robbery happened around 10 a.m. Thursday.

Lemont Chief of Police Marc Maton told Patch there was no handgun displayed during the robbery. The suspect, a Hispanic male, drove away southeast in a silver vehicle, police say, which appears to be an Oldsmobile Alero.
