- Michael Mahaffey, 31, of Christiana, Tennessee, was charged with DUI-alcohol and improper lane use at 1:21 a.m. following a traffic stop at State and Illinois streets. Mahaffey was issued an Aug. 10 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
