Possession of Cannabis

Tiffany M. Olson, 19, of 34 Clark Avenue in Oswego was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of Cannabis following a traffic stop in the 13300 block of Archer Avenue. She will appear in the local court.

THURSDAY, MARCH 19

Possession of Cannabis

Samantha M. Morelos, 21, of the 3900 block of W. 57th Place in Chicago was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of cannabis following a traffic stop in the 14700 block of Ashford Drive. She will appear in the local court.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18

Battery

Michael J. O’Neil, 29, of 4 Warner Circle in Lemont was issued a local ordinance citation for battery following an incident in the 100 block of Stephen Street. He will appear in the local court.

Driving on Suspended License, Possession of Cannabis

Anthony R. Kelso, 37, of the 200 block of Stephen Street in Lemont was arrested for driving while license suspended, possession of cannabis, illegal transportation of alcohol and no rear registration plate light following a traffic stop at Main and Lockport streets. He was issued an April 28 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

MONDAY, MARCH 16

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Suspended Registration

Alexander B. Fitzgerald, 24, of the 1200 block of Chatham Drive in Lemont was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and suspended registration following a traffic stop at State and Freehauf streets. He was issued an April 28 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

DUI

Andrzej Nykaza, 44, of the 14400 block of Hillcrest Road in Homer Glen was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting/obstructing a peace officer, improper lane usage and failure to yield following a traffic stop in the 13100 Block of Archer Avenue. He was issued an April 24 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Public Intoxication

A juvenile was issued a local ordinance citation for public intoxication in the 800 block of Porter Street. The Juvenile will appear in the local court.

Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Tobacco by a Minor

A juvenile was issued local ordinance citations for possession of cannabis and possession of tobacco by a minor in the 800 block of Porter Street. The Juvenile will appear in the local court.

SATURDAY, MARCH 14

DUI

Joseph S. Mulcahy, 49, of the 13300 block of Oakwood Street in Homer Glen was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage following a traffic stop in the 13000 block of State Street. He was issued an April 28 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

TRACTOR TRAILER STOLEN

Between 12 a.m. on March 14 and 3:45 a.m. on March 15, an unknown offender removed without permission a Tractor Trailer from the 13000 block of Grant Street. Anyone with information please contact the Lemont Police Department.
