Battery, License Expired: Lemont Arrests

Lemont Police reports through Aug. 24.

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Aug. 18

  • Edwin Pena, 24, of Lockport, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked and operation of uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and 135th Street. Pena was issued a Sept. 21 court date at the Will County Court House.
  • Jeffery Carlson, 33, of Westmont, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and loud muffle following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Bell Road. Carlson was issued an Oct. 1 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
  • Betty Glass, 18, of Downers Grove, was arrested at 7:29 p.m. for operation of motor vehicle with suspended registration for no insurance following a traffic stop at State Street and Eureka Avenue. Glass was issued an Oct. 1 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
  • Hallie Mosetick, 27, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. for driver's license expired more than one year and speeding (less than 39 mph over the limit) following a traffic stop at Lemont Road and Old Lemont Road. Mosetick was issued an Oct. 1 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

  • Andrew Rusthoven, 23, of Joliet, was arrested at 1:47 p.m. for no valid driver's license and operation of uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop at State Street and Keepataw Drive. Rusthoven was issued a Sept. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Aug. 20

  • Jorade Flowers, 31, of Harvey, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked, operation of uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and no valid registration following an accident at Walker Road and Main Street. Flowers was issued an Oct. 1 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
  • Adan Espinoza-Cortes, 35, of Chicago, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. for driver's license never issued, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and operation of motor vehicle while registration suspended for no insurance following a traffic stop at Bell Road and Archer Avenue. Espinoza-Cortes was issued an Oct. 1 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

  • Joshua Gleich, 20, of Hickory Hills, was arrested at 7:46 p.m. for driving while license suspended, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and following too closely following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Bell Road. Gleich was issued a Sept. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Aug. 23

  • Martel Green, 30, of the 300 block of Stephen Street, was arrested at 10 p.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked following a traffic stop at Lemont and Bluff roads. Green will appear in the Dupage County Court House.

Aug. 24

  • Jeffrey Biddinger, 37, of Plainfield, was arrested at 1:39 a.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked following a traffic stop at State Street and Arbor Drive. Biddinger was issued a Sept. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
  • Thomas Pearson, 76, of the 200 block of Cass, was arrested at 11:24 a.m. for battery and resisting a peace officer following an incident in the 200 block of Cass. Pearson was issued a Sept. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
