Battery, Revoked License: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Driving While License Revoked

• At 12:51 a.m. Dec. 24, Robert Derry, 29, of the 500 block of Czacki Street, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 11100 block of Lemont Road for aggravated driving while license revoked, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and speeding less than 39 mph over the limit. Derry was issued a Jan. 12 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Battery

• At 12:33 a.m. Dec. 28, Louis Racila, 33, of Willowbrook, was arrested following an incident in the 300 block of Canal Street for battery. Racila was issued a Feb. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 12:33 a.m. Dec. 28, Steve Moore, 34, of Bolingbrook, was arrested following an incident in the 300 block of Canal Street for battery. Moore was issued a Feb. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 2:35 a.m. Dec. 29, Frederick Lauer, 23, of the 0-100 block of Logan Street, was arrested following an incident in the 300 block of Canal Street for battery. Lauer was issued a Feb. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
