Best Ice Cream Place In Lemont: Readers Pick

LEMONT, IL — We asked Lemont Patch readers last week to give us their best ice cream place recommendations. And the results on your favorite spots are now in.

The Creamery, which just opened in April in Lemont, was the top vote-getter in our reader's poll.

Creamery has four locations, one in Lemont, Homer Glen, Manhattan and New Lenox.

Readers who took our poll raved about the downtown location, variety, friendly staff and flavor of ice cream.

"It tastes the best," wrote one reader.

"Good ice cream, good service, nice tables, not too expensive," another reader said.
