Lemont Bears Wrestling Club -Qualifies 5 for IKWF State Tournament, March 8-10, 2013

The Lemont Bears Wrestling Club's goal is to foster a quest for excellence by creating an educational and competitive experience within an atmosphere of sportsmanship and personal development.

The Lemont Bears Wrestling Club is sending five wrestlers to the State IKWF tournament March 8-10 in Rockford, IL.

The Five Qualifiers are:

Gabe Berta- 1st Place at sectional, 95 lbs. Novice Division (11-12 year olds)

Angel Gines-3rd Place at sectional, 115 lbs. Novice Division

Damyen Gothard- 2nd Place at sectional, 89 lbs. Senior Division (13-14 year olds)

Egan Berta- 1st Place at Sectional, 130 lbs. Senior Division.

Jake Kirkman- 2nd Place Sectional. 147 lbs. Senior Division.

Alternates:

Paul McGrath- 4th Place Sectional. 66 lbs Novice Division.

Terry Kolacki- 4th Place Sectional. 115 lbs. Novice Division

Jack Leffler- 4th Place Sectional. 79 lbs. Senior Division.

Wrestling will begin Friday Morning, March 8th at 9 am. The finals will be Sunday at 3 pm.
