Rooted in the school’s mission to build Christian leaders for tomorrow, Everest incorporates leadership development into daily classroom life. Whether it's through public speaking opportunities, service roles, collaborative projects, or student-led prayer and liturgy, students are consistently encouraged to grow in confidence, responsibility, and moral conviction.

Leadership at Everest is guided by Christian values—humility, integrity, and service. Students are taught that true leadership isn’t about authority, but about lifting others up and doing what is right, even when it’s hard.
