Derek W. Ratulowski, 23, of 7 Huntsman Court in Lemont, was arrested for Possession of Cannabis with the Intent to Deliver following a traffic stop at Lemont and Bluff roads. He appeared at the Bridgeview Courthouse for a Bond Hearing.

Driving While License Suspended
Eric C. Kucer, 27, of 14618 W. 147th Street in Homer Glen, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended/Revoked and Operation of Vehicle with Expired Registration following a traffic stop at State and Main streets. Mr. Kucer was issued a February 21st court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Malachia A. Coleman, 23, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop at McCarthy Road and Archer Avenue. He will appear in the local court.

Elliot K. Yamanaka, 27, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Cannabis following a traffic stop in the 12300 block of Archer Avenue. He will appear in the local court.

Speeding 26 to 34 mph Over
Jacek Milewski, 43, of 1621 N. Windsor Drive in Arlington Heights, was arrested for Speeding 26 to 34 Over the Limit following a traffic stop in the 17300 block of 127th Street. He was issued a February 17 court date at the Will County Courthouse.

Possession of Cannabis

Terrence M. Jotzat, 22, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Cannabis following a traffic stop at Illinois Street and State Street. He will appear in the local court.

DUI

Matthew K. Davidson, 38, of 614 W.
