Katelyn Winge of Homer Glen Awarded Degree from UA
Katelyn Winge of Homer Glen, has received the following degree from The University of Alabama: Bachelor of Science in Education. UA awarded more than 1,400 degrees during its summer commencement ceremonies on July 31.
Lucile Conway of Lemont Participating in UA's Cooperative Education Program
University of Alabama student Lucile Conway of Lemont, is participating in UA's Cooperative Education Program for fall 2021. Conway is working for Mercedes-Benz.
In the Cooperative Education Program, students alternate periods of full-time study with periods of full-time employment. This program offers work related to the academic major or career interests of each student.
While in school, students carry regular course schedules. While on co-op, they work with professionals in their fields who supervise their training and work.
Ranik Jelinek Admitted to Utah State University as First-Year College Student
Ranik Jelinek, from Lockport, is one of more than 4,100 students who began their collegiate journey at Utah State University, enrolling in the fall 2021 semester as a first-year college student. Jelinek will attend USU at the USU Main campus.
