Community Challenge: Show Your Love for Scott Darling

Hey Blackhawks fans? Are you pacing the floors waiting for the next round of the NHL Playoffs to start? Gelsosomo’s Pizzeria & Pub has a fun and creative idea that may help you pass the time.

Let’s work together to get a message to Lemont native and Blackhawks goalie, Scott Darling—let Scott know that his hometown is cheering for him and that you are stoked to claim him as one of your own!

Here’s the game plan:

1. Stop by Gelsosomo’s and pick up a ‪#‎LemontsDarling‬ poster (while supplies last/no purchase necessary) OR make your own #LemontsDarling poster/sign.

2. Grab a buddy, or two, or 20 and go to your favorite places in Lemont—park, school, church, historical site, trail, restaurant, store, etc.

3. Have that buddy take a picture of you holding your #LemontsDarling sign. Then you do the same for him or her.

4. Post that picture with an encouraging message for Scott on FB and/or Twitter (be sure to use #LemontsDarling in your post).

5. Tell you friends and family to do the same.

6. Put that poster in your window at home. Tape it to your back—and walk around town. Bring it to the next Hawks home game (if your lucky enough to have a ticket). You get the idea.

“Our ‪#‎OneGoal‬ is to get our message to #LemontsDarling. Maybe he will respond to our movement. Maybe he won’t. Doesn’t matter. We can have fun trying.
