Cooler Temps Coming: Illinois Halloween Weather
Rain is possible Tuesday and Tuesday night, but what about Halloween?

After a windy and slightly rainy Sunday, the week ahead looks cool, but mostly dry. According to the National Weather Service, Monday should be dry, and the next round of rain is possible on Tuesday and Tuesday night. For any trick-or-treaters out there, Halloween also looks dry, with some seasonably cool temps.
The NWS said Monday will be mostly sunny with highs near 59 degrees. There is a 50 to 70 percent chance of rain during the day Tuesday and a 50 to 90 percent chance of rain on Tuesday night. Tuesday will be slightly warmer, with a 66 degrees.

Wednesday has a high of 57 degrees, and the rain should stay away for Halloween festivities. There is a chance of rain late Wednesday night, according to the NWS.

Thursday and Friday will be cooler but should be sunny and dry, with highs near 50 degrees.
