1st 2nd & Booster vaccine available with vaccination card. Free registration preferred but walk-ins permitted while supply lasts. 3:00-6:00
Cook County Public Health Department, Lemont Township & Path-lights will host a walk in Covid Vaccination clinic. Registration link is available on the Township website or Facebook page.
Minors must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
